Best Ways to Add
Color This Season
Some colors are more suited for particular seasons. Don’t be shy this fall by sporting pastels,
but wear bright shades of blue, red, and navy.
Don’t give up on black…it should still be used as a grounding color, and
paired with color it makes for the perfect cold weather outfit.

Must Have Outfits
Classic- Since
black is a classic look and has remained popular over many decades, it should
be paired with color. To wear black
with ultimate success, wear an a-line skirt overtop of black tights with a
black long sleeved sequined top.
Although, this may seem like too much black when paired with a vibrant
shade of red lipstick this dark outfit comes to life. A tip for your black on black look is to keep
the material of the leggings, skirt, and top different. Mix and match sequins, silk, wool, and polyester.
Sexy- Nothing
says sexy quite like fire hydrant red.
Red is said to be the color that turns heads the most and draws
attention. Exude confidence with a
figure fitted red dress. Because red is
such an attention grabber, keep the material simple such as cotton or
polyester. Do not wear a dress that is
too revealing or your red dress may go from classy to trashy…plus, remember, it’s
getting cold outside! Wear a pair of
black pantyhose to cover legs and break up the monotony of the red dress. Black heels and a shade of gloss will
complete the look.
Fun- Color doesn't have to be limited to a single shade to create a mature look. Color blocking has been very popular this
year, which is the pairing of bold shades such as navy and orange or red and
purple. Pair a purple pencil skirt with
a black top and red blazer to add playful sophistication to your wardrobe. Leave hair down and style with feather hair extensions. Natural shades of rooster feathers will tie in hair with your
ensemble.
