We do not accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, or company checks. 
Multiple Product Orders  by 
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Order Acceptance Policy  by 
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Moonlight Feather, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Other Conditions  by 
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Moonlight Feather signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
Out-of-Stock Products  by 
We will ship your product as it becomes available. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

Returns  by 

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please promptly notify us of any errors with your order.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Customer is responsible for returning the product they wish to return. We do not provide a return label.

Returns for any other reason than defect will be subject to 10% restocking fee.

Bulk feather returns will incur a 50% return fee. This includes ostrich feathers in bulk.

Final assessment of the quality and quantity of goods returned shall be at the sole discretion of Moonlight Feather, Inc.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

We do not accept returns on custom dyed feathers or custom orders.

Cancellation of order is subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

If your package arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please call us immediately.

Shipping Policy  by 
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday.
 
We endeavor to ship all orders the day they are received. Our shipping cutoff time is 1pm Pacific time. 99% of orders received before that time with full payment will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 1pm will go the next business day.
Moonlight Feather, Inc. does not offer shipping insurance or replacements for damaged or missing packages. 

If your package arrives damaged and you purchased the package insurance by Route at checkout, then you may contact Route directly to file a lost package claim and the agent can assist you in replacing your order. If you did not purchase Route coverage, then damage or loss insurance may be available through the carrier as it is included with some shipping methods. In this case, please contact the carrier.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Orders requesting FedEx overnight services must be received prior to 1pm Pacific Standard Time to be received the next business day. Overnight deliver occurs Monday Through Friday only.

International Shipping
Certain products may not be shipped internationally (outside USA). These may change without notice, but generally include Exotic feathers and peacock. 
 
Export outside the USA requires an Export Permit from US Fish & Wildlife Service. We can obtain this permit on your behalf, but all costs must be born by the customer. Export customers, please purchase the "Export Permit" product when making your order. If you do not, we will contact you and this will be required prior to shipping your order. The permit must be approved prior to shipment. Waiting times are workload dependent. We have no influence on wait times. Please plan accordingly as they may be 48 hours or more and are only processed on business days. This is a legal requirement for all feathers leaving the United States and we cannot waive it. 
Taxes  by 
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Typographical Errors  by 
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
