Jacquard Acid Dyes are highly concentrated powdered dyes designed to produce brilliant, vibrant, and long-lasting color on feathers and other protein fibers. These professional-quality hot water dyes provide rich, transparent color with excellent colorfastness and even coverage.

When used for immersion dyeing, Jacquard Acid Dyes penetrate fibers exceptionally well and produce strong, uniform color. They are an excellent choice for dyeing feathers, whether you're coloring feathers for crafts, costumes, millinery, fly tying, floral arrangements, fashion accessories, or other creative projects.

Despite the name, acid dyes do not contain harsh acid. The "acid" refers to the white vinegar or citric acid added to the dye bath to help the color bond properly to the material.
