When I first wanted to order, some items were out of stock. I was told they would be back in stock in about a month. I ordered a month later. Upon delivery, one batch of feathers were missing and a note stating they were out of stock. I spoke to Justin, who immediately found the oversight and corrected the order and shipped my order that day. The quality of the feathers is excellent.
